These meals are available for kids 12 & under from 7:30a-11:00a. Kids, add chocolate chips to pancakes for $0.50

  • One egg, one buttermilk pancake, one sausage link or two slices of bacon – $4.95
  •  Two buttermilk pancakes, one sausage link, or two slices of bacon – $4.95
  • ŸTwo eggs, one sausage link or two slices of bacon, served with one slice of whole wheat toast – $4.95

Breakfast Burrito- 2 eggs scrambles with red onions, red and green peppers, ham, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Served with homemade salsa, sour cream and fresh fruit. – $8.50

Huevos Rancheros- 2 eggs sunny side up on tortilla, with chorizo, salsa ranchera, and a side of fresh fruit. – $8.95

Fruit Plate- A variety of fresh fruit served with your choice of a Summer Kitchen muffin, toasted bagel or cinnamon raison toast. – $8.95

Summer Kitchen Granola- A nutritious crunchy cereal made in our kitchen with grains, peptic walnuts, raisins, honey, coconut, and wheat germ. Served with ½ banana, blueberries, strawberries, cashews and skim milk. – $6.95

Blueberry Oatmeal- Served with raisins, brown sugar, walnuts and skim milk. – $5.95

Buttermilk Pancakes- Buttermilk pancakes served with butter, powdered sugar and warm syrup. – $5.75

Fruit or Granola Pancakes- Your choice of cherry, granola, or blueberry pancakes served with butter, powdered sugar and warm syrup. $7.25

Citrus French Toast- 4 slices of our French bread, dipped in our cinnamon batter tinged with the flavor of orange. Sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with butter and warm syrup. – $7.25

Kitchen Scrambler or Omelet- 3 eggs scrambled with onions, red and green peppers, melted Cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and sprouts. Served with homemade salsa, whole wheat toast and hash browns. – $8.95

Ham & Cheese Scrambler or Omelet- Sauteed cubes of ham mixed with 3 scrambled eggs, topped with melted Cheddar cheese and alfalfa sprouts. Served with whole wheat toast and hash browns. – $8.95

Quiche- Freshly made in our kitchen with mushrooms, spinach, bacon, green onions, Cheddar and Swiss cheese. Served with homemade applesauce and fresh fruit. – $8.95

Crab or Ham Benedict- A toasted English muffin topped with crabmeat or ham, two poached eggs and hollandaise and fresh fruit. – $9.95

Ham and Egg Croissant- Cubes of ham mixed with 3 eggs scrambled in butter topped with melted Cheddar cheese and alfalfa sprouts. Served on a large butter croissant, with fresh fruit. – $8.95

The Summer Kitchen is renowned for its homemade soups, fresh bread and yummy desserts. At least five different soups are available daily. Order a single cup, two cups, a bowl or our Taster’s cups and enjoy! All lunch entrees include a cup of soup. Dinner entrees are served with a baked potato, a side of vegetables, homemade bread and your choice of soup or salad.
