In Loving Memory:
Gibraltar Grill’s live music opens in 2018 with one very noticeable absence. Door County lost a music icon this past fall with the sudden death of Gary “Cookee” Coquoz. Cookee performed for 40+ years thru out Wisconsin and the Midwest as both a solo artist and with his band, The Hits. Such a tremendous entertainer, who appealed to such a broad spectrum of people from young children to folks in their 90s, will be missed immensely.
“RIP dear friend and thanks for the many memories around the fire pit at Gibraltar Grill.” ~ Tom Young, Gibraltar Grill
