Located in an historic Ellison Bay building, Wickman House focuses on sustainable agriculture, featuring a menu inspired by fresh,seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and gardens, and strives to be a true gathering place. Inviting and unique, Wickman House’s menu includes locally sourced Grilled Pork Loin and Chicken, Pulled Pork and Grass-fed Burgers from Waseda Farms, Wisconsin Raised Ivory Char, and Lake Michigan Whitefish Tacos, and Artisan Salads made with a rotating selection of local, seasonal ingredients.
