A delicious and bountiful feast, served buffet-style from Noon ‘til 7 pm, sets forth a new family holiday dining tradition.
Randy and Lisa Daubner and the staff at Fish Creek’s English Inn are looking forward to setting Moms in Door County free this Thanksgiving. No more fear about whether that bird is underdone, overdone or just not tasty. Liberate Mom from another long day spent hard at work in a hot kitchen. And no more piles of pots, pans and dishes to face afterwards!
Enjoy a real family feast relaxing together over a traditional Thanksgiving dinner at The English Inn. You’ll find all of the usual festive seasonal culinary delights cooked to perfection including: turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, rice, squash, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, corn and corn bread with honey butter, muffins, baked breads and a green bean casserole. Plus you’ll find a bevy of additional treats prepared by master chefs at the Inn that include: eggs Benedict, baked French toast, Swedish meatballs, pepper steak, shish kabobs, kielbasa and sauerkraut and au gratin blackened whitefish.
It’s all served buffet-style with a full salad bar and fresh fruit. The dessert table is laden with traditional pumpkin pie and pumpkin bars, bread pudding, apple pie, cherry crisp, tortes, chocolate mousse and The Inn’s magic bars. If that’s still leaves any room in your appetite, you are encouraged to take a dip in the English Inn’s Chocolate Fountain with the following delicacies to dip: strawberries, homemade biscotti, marshmallows, pretzels, cherries, pineapple, cookies and funnel cakes.
Serving commences at Noon and lasts until 7 pm. The cost is $19.95 per person. For reservations or to ask questions please call 920.868.3076 or contact Lisa Daubner via email at: finedining@theenglishinn.com.
