Our own taste tester was recently on the spot at T. Ashwell’s restaurant in Ellison Bay to sample two new menu “preludes” made with St. Paul Flatbread.
Vegetarian Flat Bread Roulade – St. Paul Flatbread Company’s flat bread, spread with a basil pesto mascarpone cheese, baby spinach and dried currants rolled and sliced with Door County strawberry and balsamic honey “salad” $7
