Nedd and Natalie Nedderson of the Eagle Harbor Inn invite you to participate in a special Autumn Culinary Weekend this October with Chef Terri Milligan!
The event “Cook the Season” will feature Modern Italian cuisine utilizing Door County ingredients with a modern twist. Work with Chef Terri Milligan to create the following dishes:
- Butternut Squash Gnocchi with sage browned butter
- Olive Oil Poached Tuna with local potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Stuffed Chicken Marsala with wild mushrooms
- Olive Oil Cake flavored with local rosemary and topped with lavender-scented whipped cream (using lavender from Washington Island’s Fragrant Isle Lavender Farm).
